Jenkins, a former professional tennis player, started playing pickleball in 2009 and quickly fell in love with the game. He launched BallSportsPro in 2018 to share his passion for the sport and to provide pickleball players with the latest news, tips, and gear reviews. Today, BallSportsPro is one of the most popular pickleball resources on the web, reaching hundreds of thousands of players each month. In addition to running the website, Jenkins is also a regular contributor to Pickleball Magazine and a member of the USAPA Pickleball Ambassadors program.
Helen Mikel is a professional physiotherapist and the author of the BallSportsPro. She has worked with athletes of all levels, from amateur to professional, and has helped them overcome injuries and improve their performance. She is a certified Pickleball instructor and has been playing the sport for over 10 years.
